BEING A PLAYER IS DIFFICULT.  BEING A PLAYER COMES WITH A RESPONSIBILITY TO YOURSELF, YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, YOUR NATION, YOUR GOD(S) AND TO THE HUMAN RACE.  SHOULD LITTLE GREEN ALIENS VISIT EARTH, PLAYERS HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY AS REPRESENTATIVES OF THE HUMAN RACE NOT TO NOT LET THE ALIENS WIN.

 

THIS NOTICE SHOULD BE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN A SMASH CHALLENGE IN ORDER TO AVOID INJURY TO YOURSELF, OTHER PLAYERS ORTHE ENVIRONMENT. THE INTENTION OF SMASH CHALLENGE IS ENTERTAINMENT, NOTHING IN THE SMASH CHALLENGE WEBSITE ORANY SMASH CHALLENGE PRODUCT SHOULD BE TAKEN AS A MANDATORY INSTRUCTION TO UNDERTAKEAN ACTION THAT YOU BELIEVE COULD RESULT IN INJURY OR HARM.  AT ALL TIMES YOU MUST DEPLOY YOUR COMMON SENSE AND FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE SOCIAL STRUCTURE THAT YOU LIVE WITHIN IN ORDER TO NOT FIND YOURSELF IN DIFFICULTY.PLAYING SMASH CHALLENGE NUDE IS ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF PLAYERS. NOTE: ADDING MUSTARD TO A DRINK MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT ITS ORIGINALLY INTENDED FLAVOUR.

 

WARNING CARDS: Each Smash Pack has its own Warning! Card, with selected individual Challengescarrying important additional warning notices that must be followed at all times. A below average level of common sense has been assumed.  If, for example, a Challenge involves drinking water, it has been assumed that this will be undertaken with the appropriate level of care and attention to not cause harm.  Equally, if a Challenge involves measuring a part of the body, it has been assumed that the measurement is undertaken in a manner that does not harm the body being measured.  Pets should be kept under control and at a safe distance, including, but not limited to, lions.

 

CHALLENGE PERFORMANCE: All Challenges should be undertaken after considering your physical abilities. If you cannot stand, or are particularly intoxicated, then please consider whether it is appropriate for you to bounce around the room with your arms outstretched while shouting “Bong, bong, bong, I’m a kangaroo, nice to meet you”.  If you have damaged or injured your arms in an unrelated incident, do not attempt to make and throw a paper airplane, as it might cause additional pain or damage. If any Player has a medical condition that may be relevant, please make all other Players aware of this before starting a game. This is especially relevant for people with allergies, for example, do not place your nuts in the mouth of anyone with a nut allergy, and do not force a player with a dog allergy to impersonate adog.

 

ENVIRONMENT: It is important to consider the external environment before undertaking Challenges. If you are playing on the edge of a cliff, or inside a volcano, please prioritise actions that will ensure your own safety before starting. The team recently visited a live volcano in Iceland, it was not a suitable location for undertaking Smash Challenges because the Cards set on fire and could no longer be read. Smash Challenges cannot be played at significant depths underwater without the assistance of specialist equipment, which is not supplied. Remember that even the toughest human body is delicate, and sensitive parts always require extra attention to avoid injuries. Note: nitrogen represents 78% of the air and carbon dioxide 0.04%.

 

ALCOHOL: Smash Challenge does not endorse the overconsumption of alcohol beyond recommended guidelines. It is up to each Player to know and choose to follow these guidelines, which vary between country. All references to ‘a drink’ are ambiguous and could refer to water or vodka.

 

LEGAL: All Challenges and Penalties should be undertaken within the confines of the prevailing laws of the relevant country that applies to the game. Smash Challenges undertaken on an airplane are subject to airline regulations.  If Elon Musk is playing on Mars, he sets his own rules and regulations. At no point do the instructions on any Card overrule the laws of a nation state, and playing Smash Challenge is unlikely to be accepted as an excuse by an officer of the law. There is no ‘Get Out Of Jail Free Card’. As a result of this, please be careful when performing Challenges in public. Please remember that if you are posting Challenge videos or pictures on social media, permission may be required from friends and family, or others, depending on your location, for example, if videoing a Smash Challenge in Buckingham Palace, the corgi dogs would need to provide written consent for their inclusion in your video.
